The facility was run on a very professional manner and everyone was extremely friendly, especially the ladies. Liked the gal who delivered wood. It gave us an oppurtunity to watch our Grandkids play together. The kids had tons of things to do and were always active. The hooch we stayed in was well maintained and had all the comforts of home. We might stay at a different KOA next year.

Staff were so friendly, always waving and chatting and kind in the office or Noah giving rides on the barrel train. Clean property and great amenities! Our only complaint is we were at the back of the campground and near the small pond. That gave me anxiety as a mom with a small child nearby but it was also horrible for mosquitoes. I would honestly fill that pond in!

The price for a sandy (mushy) site with no wifi was a bit much ($94/night). Couldn't get any wifi signal at site 332.

The internet was slow or not working at all due to full campground. Would love to see more gravel put down on streets. It’s getting too sandy in most places. We love all the other upgrades! The staff was friendly and helpful.

Really enjoyed our glamping tent again. Great family vacation. All staff very friendly as usual. Ice cream continues to be awesome.

everything was great. stayed on b500 and had a little bug problem with all the wet weather but only for a night or two. camp put down some bug kill and i sprayed with outdoor fogger and things got better. like the "new" bathroom trailer, would suggest you make it unisex. We camp here every year as the start of camping season. Always a good time.

Do not disturb time is 10p-7a. Would like to see a "group text" or an announcement made to let everyone know this, some of neighboring campsites were fairly loud until late night.

We love this KOA, it was our 3rd year, they did some amazing updates with the playground area and now have golf carts for rent as well. We plan on coming every Memorial weekend.

Our family always has a great time at Covert/South Haven KOA. Many nice improvements have been made since last year. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful! A big shout out to Fred, who always went out of his way to make sure our stay was enjoyable!!

We stayed in one of the new sites, with a cement patio, fire pit, and grill. It was very, very nice! We appreciated the text updates when events were about to happen. We appreciated all the kid friendly activities that were provided. Great job!

This is a very nice campground. They have activities going on during the weekends for the kids and adults alike. The campsites out towards the road are newer and I believe a little larger then those in the back, but, the trees are not big (yet) like the original part of the campground. The staff was super helpful as well.

This campground has made so many upgrades and changes since last year! It is one of our favorite campgrounds. The staff is so friendly and helpful and the RV park was very well maintained. There is so much to do that we did not leave all weekend! We already made our reservation to come back next year!

The campground was clean. The staff was friendly. The sites were well maintained. The only comment was that one of the toilets in the ladies bathroom was out of order and with only 4 it made it a little inconvenient. Didn't try the pool but it looked very inviting. The store was well stocked. Cant wait to come back!

First time and we loved it. Beautiful campground. Super clean, friendly staff, great activities, nice store. Quiet campground, great play area for kids. We can not wait to book again. Maybe our new favorite KOA

The only thing I would like to see different is either having a cheaper price on firewood, or one bundle free for each night of your stay or allow outside wood. I could have spent a hundred dollars on wood if I had fires like I usually do.

The park and staff were awesome! We had a glitch on Friday and without delay, it was rectified, despite it being busy. We loved seeing staff on golfcarts, delivering pizza and wood, and proactively offering services. Only downside which would prevent us from returning was lack of cell service and weak wi-fi. The park seems to be in a dead zone, rendering us 100% (SOS) disconnected at one point.

This is our first time staying at a KOA. The campground is very child and dog-friendly. The staff is very nice and provides delivery service for wood and pizza. However, the Wi-Fi is almost non-existent, and there is no cable hookup, so everyone is streaming and using up the Wi-Fi bandwidth. I would expect higher-quality bathroom and shower facilities for the price, but they are clean.

Pros: Extra bathrooms near the back tent sites were nice to have. Pickleball court is very nice but could use 2 because people hog the court for lengthy times. Trash pickup is very nice to have again and the staff who did that were super friendly. Cons: Picnic tables were ancient and full of bird poop. Ladies bathroom in the back 1st stall toilet rocks very badly and sounds like it's going

Great amenities, polite guests and attentive staff! KOA covert/south haven had everything needed for a great family friendly stay! Our 3 year old loved the train rides!

Our stay was absolutely amazing. We wish we could have stayed just a little longer. The kids loved the splash pad and jump pads. We enjoyed the live music and friendly service. Would definitely stay again!!

Typical KOA in a lot of ways. They did a terrible job enforcing rules. Pre-teens were extremely loud on the playscape after 10pm even though it closed at 9pm and quiet hours started at 10pm. Someone came through at 9:15pm to tell kids the playscape was closed, but more kids came after and no one bothered to say anything. Spoke with other campers who also thought lack of supervision was an issue.

we were in 2 sites the first was too soft after all the rain... so they moved us to a site that was just perfect for our rig and our dogs... The park is absolutely beautiful and the staff was wonderful. We do not have young children but the amenities for children was outstanding. We would definitely bring our grandchildren there.

Great location the KOA Stsff very friendly easy check in. For the cost of sites i would expect to have cable the TV over the air very hard to maintain.

The staff is incredibly friendly and willing to share their RV'ing adventures and life working at a KOA. This KOA has lots of activities scheduled for the kids on special weekends and also keeps adults entertained and involved as well. We will be back in October for one of the Halloween weekends - can't wait!

Great campground. Not too far from South Haven and other areas. Sites are spacious but not much shade in the newer part. The trees are planted and growing, so there will be shade at some point. Plenty of activities for the kids as well.

This KOA is one of the best I stayed at. Plenty of camping options whether you tent, RV or cabin, they got you. Dog parks, bathrooms/showers as well as a store on site. They sell ice cream and pizza. They have a nice pool and plenty of activities for the kids. Best of all they, will text you to inform you of all the upcoming events for the day. The staff were very nice and helpful.
