One woman in the front office was very helpful and friendly, the younger of the two. Several campsites had loose dogs.

I had a relaxing 3 day stay at the Ely KOA. The staff I interacted with were kind and professional. What I enjoyed most was the green grass and trees! I wasn’t expecting to see such a healthy and well manicured camp ground. It was an oasis in the desert. The town itself offers a few activities that are enjoyable and educational. I recommend the Nevada Northern Train ride. I will stay here again

I've been staying here for many years while traveling between my home and Moab, Utah. Super friendly staff makes sure everything goes smoothly for your visit. I even got a callback regarding my reservation made online that had a problem and got it corrected.

All good but I would suggest something I’ve seen at other RV and KOA places. When going paperless in bathrooms (Good!), provide reusable washable washcloths or Costco white towels and a basket ��� to toss used towels into. This way we would be able to approach a sink without soap and water puddles on the counter. And we could wipe up after we’ve used the sink area. I realize that means KO

Incredibly friendly staff. Could not have been more helpful and pleasant. We hit the water hookup when we arrived. The co-owner manager was awesome in solving the problem. And he did it all while being extremely pleasant and non judgemental. He obviously enjoys his work. Finally, the new, clean bathrooms/showers are wonderful. Thanks !!

We arrived late, as per what our note said. We did not have a map to tell where our ste was or the bathroom code. Very uncomfortable. We waited till they opened to talk to someone, but was told the person was out of town and would call us. We did receive a refund, but will not return

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at KOA, Ely, Nv. We absolutely love this campground. This time we brought our daughter, her husband and kids. They were in a tent. They too love this campground. It is always nice and clean, bathrooms are very clean and well stocked, people are very pleasant and nice. Only 1 thing missing, was Wonky, the Donkey. I think that was his name. He was awesome.
