Clean campground. Love the BBQ dinners and pancake breakfasts. Well kept with clean restrooms and showers.

Great stay, very nice and helpful staff, my daughter loved the pool of course! Nice gift shop, clean facilities. The Chuck Wagon was very convenient too! Nice close proximity to the Petrified Forest which is why we were staying there, location is central to severawl attractions in the area. The weather wasperfect too, warm days and cool nights. Overall, nice campground!

The facilities at Holbrook were well cared for and clean. My only complaint is that the wifi was non existent. It would work for 10 minutes then disappear. Terrible connection

Would be nice to have parking by the pool. It was great to have the breakfast/ cookout options every day. Pancakes and breakfast burrito were good. Easy access off the highway. Booked same day!

Campground itself was nice, clean and in a great location. The maintenance manager wasn’t friendly or helpful at all. When traveling cross country sometimes a little help goes a long way.

Staff was great! Lots of upgrades underway. Store is great. Breakfast is good. Mow the dog park PLEASE! Bit more gravel is needed on the east side of the park road. you can see ruts where it gets muddy and it makes that side of the park really dusty without it.

The cabin was beautiful however the kitchen was not clean upon arrival. The coffee maker was very dirty and there was food still in the sink. The kitchen itself needed to be thoroughly cleaned. The propane detector was beeping but was unable to fix it nor was unable to replace it

Campground was clean and staff was friendly. Pretty much just a gravel parking lot with a few trees. Could not connect to the Wifi at all even though the staff said it was working fine.

Given other KOA’s we’ve stayed at along I40 we didn’t have our hopes up, but we were more than pleasantly surprised! The grounds were clean & atmosphere friendly. You can tell that they are putting a lot of love into this place from the planted trees, to the building of privacy screens & patios spaces at select sites. We would definitely stay here again & recommend it.

Nice and clean and customer service was very good. I had a pleasant stay. The food was good. Cook in front of you and the price was right! The KOA park is well organize. Shower and restroom was very clean. This is a place you would like to stay. Easy access from the highway 40. We had shade which was nice as it cut down the heat. The area has fast food and the gas station are close.

Great owner, very helpful, accommodating. Cowboy Cookout stand is awesome. Updating specialty sites. New picnic tables and mowing grass in dog park would be great.

The staff was friendly and helpful we really enjoyed the camp cookout area where we could get breakfast and dinner for a reasonable price right on site. It was especially nice after a day of hiking in the petrified forest national park

The bathrooms were acceptable, but could use an update. The pool and other amenities were great. We thought it was an awesome that they cooked breakfast and dinner for the patrons. We will 100% be back.

Very few trees, the washrooms are dirty and dated. No wifi worked in our area and staff did not seem to care. Had to argue with the manager to get moved. They kept saying it was working until their wifi in the office stopped working. Worst KOA so far in our journey. The best part is the cook shack breakfast

Had issues and called for support. The recorded response said the would return the call at their earliest convenience. That happened the next day after my second call.

Very good. Like the cabin especially the swing. Could use a better mattress! wish the dog off leash area were larger, but adequate. Everyone is friendly and helpful.

It's a KOA. We stayed in a cabin so we could hunt at a local ranch and it worked great. The pool was awesome for the kids and they still have one of those “death wheel” marry go rounds that we made the kids spin us on. Dog friendly and the morning chuck wagon breakfast was a nice surprise for the kids to enjoy “all you can eat” pancakes.

Good experience at this park. Friendly people and cute decorations throughout the park. You actually forget you are in a desolate area.
