Tent Reviews

Everything was great but the campground is really close to a railroad track and a lot of trains go by all day and night which are pretty loud.

Very clean bathrooms. We were a little to close to the railroad tracks, but other than that it was GREAT!

If you are into trains then this is the place for you. If not, bring ear plugs. Must have been at least 50 trains passed by through the night. The tracks are within 100 feet of the camp.

Always accommodating! Very well keep grounds and updated bathrooms.

Everything was great except the train sounds all night.

The campground is easy to get to. We arrived after dark and directions to our site were specific and easy to find. The campground amenities/bathrooms are a bit run down, but welcoming. The dog runs are extra great.

Bathrooms clean, large tent site. Bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper….very active train tracks day and night. Great location.

We were a walk-in and tent pad was overgrown, otherwise it would have been very nice. Bathrooms were clean. Staff was very friendly.

Very friendly staff. Facilities were clean. Only downside is proximity to train tracks. Even with train noise, I give it two thumbs up.

I had an great stay! The campsite design & branding is modern & fun. The campground is clean, drivable, we’ll organized and easy to get around with a trailer. The facility felt very welcoming, caring & supportive of campers. And I loved the amenities, the pool and laundry facilities. And most importantly the staff was outstanding! Laura (I think that’s her name) was helpful & amazing!!!!

Place, location and staff is great. But the closeness to the train tracks is unbearable. Noise throughout the night, especially when tent camping.

The KOA website shows a lush, grassy sight, and says "grass" test sites. That is quite the stretch of the imagination. Sandy dirt and minimal, dried out desert plants is all that's in the tent sites. No problem, just misleading. We arrived late and found our map/bathroom-code/instructions taped to the office door - nice. Bathroom was very spacious, nice sinks, toilets, handy showers. Clean.

The men's restroom/showers were being "remodeled", therefore it was a combo bathroom situation. It made for discomfort to knock on the door prior to opening it. Also, my paperwork did not include the door code for the female vs male

Very comfortable, staff were great, bathrooms clean and warm, play areas for kids and dogs. Ate at the Roadkill Cafe in Seligman, also recommend. My kid, who is no pushover, had a great time. Will visit again.

Tent camped, no running water at tent sites even though it was plumbed for water. Tent camping area was run down with foot tall weeds everywhere. Trains ran all night long every hour

Friendly curtious staff, nice people. I'll stay there again.

Had a good time, clean restrooms and friendly staff.

Staff was very helpful, happy and friendly! They always seem to be busy keeping the grounds clean and looking its best. Facilities were clean and tidy, showers could use some extra attention. We will be referring friends and family to this location.

So close to the pizza joint... good pizza and beer

lovely campground…very clean and convenient…friendly…knew about the train nearby and it was not an issue

This campground is horrible, in disrepair, sitting right on a main train track that has trains rattling all night long. We made advanced reservations because we were coming in after 5. We asked to be placed close to the bathrooms because we are older and camping. We were placed as far away as possible beyond a whole row of empty sites. Creepy people were in the baths late at night. The worst

Campground park is very well kept. Great amenities and a souvenir shop. Only issue was the train tracks right next to it. Trains every 30-60 minutes but after the first few I was still able to sleep

Customer Service extrordinaire. Mike (fellow in office on Saturday at 11 am - noon, was very helpful, polite and considerate. We are seniors so we appreciate his added consideration.

Nice camp ground. Quiet. Clean. Friendly. One of my favorite KOAs to stay at on my roadtrips.

Very nice staff; knows customer service. Kind, says please and thank-you. Leaves you alone and happy you keep their place clean. Stayed in another Koa and the stay was deplorable. Person running the camp was a miserable old man who was sarcastic and mean to the bone. We kept the cabin clean, were quiet and cleaned up after ourselves. Should have read reviews about him first.

Trains ran ALL night long. Thorns in the tent pads - luckily didn’t tear our equipment. Generally feltt extremely run down. The ladies toilets were, however, very nice.

The check in was simple and the man at teh counter was helpful in finding what I needed..

Overall, the price was good for what it was, but there were cons. First, a train goes by every 30 minutes to an hour, even at night. Second, there was a bad smell around the pool area, Probably the sewage. Third, there was no Shade. Finally, the worst one was the front desk person (maybe owner?) was not welcoming. He was kind of rude and needs to work on his Hospitality skills.

Very clean, lots of hot water in the showers. Older well keep ip facilities. I like the train sounds, might not be for everyone. The morning alarm is an serenade of coyotes!

Was my first time camping at a K.O.A and was enjoyable I will use them more often.

They should warn you about the 1000 trains all night long. It was a bit dirty and full of weeds. Not enough fire rings for sites. The people running the KOA are very nice. But what a horrible night with literally 1000 trains they even give you a key chain that says you survived.

It's good for an overnight stay. It looks like they are gradually trying to do improvements, but the park is showing it's age. I don't know what the cash flow is in the park. Perhaps corporate can help them out with some better highway signs to improve business. I met people in Williams where the KOAs were full that didn't know this park was here. Staff is friendly, the pool is clean.

Ci siamo fermati qui in tenda durante il nostro on the road ad Agosto 2023.

Spent Memorial Day weekend in one of the 2 bedroom cabins. It was perfect for a family of 4, and could fit even more. Had good AC and heat, had a nice mini fridge and microwave. You have to bring your own linens and pillows, and the bathrooms are about 75 feet from the cabins. It was perfect for a small town weekend getaway I'll be back.
